I saw this story yesterday night while I was doing some research on Twitter
I thought I share it with you.
Maybe it will give you...
The re-assurance you need to believe that ...
YOU can cut through whatever challenges you may be going through right now.
No matter how bad the situation may seem at the moment.
Michael Perchick is a 28-year-old reporter for ABC News
In January (this year) he was diagnosed of Cancer
Four months later, he was Cancer free.
He beat the shit out Cancer and . . .
KILLED her for Good!
Of course, he went through some treatment and followed therapy religiously....
And maybe it's because they caught it early...
But what if it was more than that?
What if there was something else that played a role in his speedy recovery?
Something we all ignore?
What if he had a deep-seated self belief and optimism that helped him scale through his darkest moment?
And what if you could start believing more in yourself?
What if you could -from this moment- stop worrying about the problem
Focus on the solution and stay optimistic ?
While you do what you're supposed to do to get rid of the problem?
Think good thoughts
Don't worry about stuff you can't control
Focus only on the optimistic side of things (solutions)
And the truth is:
Your brain will always cook up horrifying thoughts and likelihoods to make you afraid of things that will never happen....
You have to ignore all of that.
The same way you ignore that person who's crushing on you,
But you don't have feelings for them
Now, of course....
This doesn't mean you have to deny reality
It just means you can't be bothered by stuff that's not in your control.
Eliminate the negative.
Accentuate the positive.

PS: Here's something else ...
ALWAYS IMAGINE YOURSELF WHERE YOU WANT TO BE.
Never take your mind off the big picture.
And by God or no God...
NEVER stop taking the necessary steps that will help you get there.
